How is Rural India Benefitting from Briquetting Press Manufacturers?

Briquetting of biomass waste produces renewable sources of fuel that does not pollute the environment. It makes our surrounding cleaner and greener because the waste is recycled which makes biomass briquettes the fuel of the future.

When it comes to being the custodians of nature all want to do is your best in conserving the Mother Earth.  At school and colleges we were taught to reduce carbon print to avoid the warm air and water, use recyclable products whenever possible. But, these intensions only keep us halfway because it needs a strategic thinking to keep our environment pollution-free.

What is the Present Day Scenario?

Presently, our surrounding is suffering from major problems like pollution, greenhouse effect and other issues. Everyday there are number of industries that dispose waste in large amount and most of the time we do not know what to do with the waste? In India alone about 450 to 500 million tons of biomass is being produced that is either burnt or dumped into the sea. It is only in recent years that people starting processing these wastes through briquetting press so that they can be recycled to make renewable energy.

How Briquetting Helps?

Briquetting is a way to convert the biomass residue like rice husk, sawdust, bamboo waste, jute waste and straw.  Different kinds of raw materials are used and briquettes are also referred as ‘white coal’ because it does not pollute the environment on burning. According to experts wood briquette production is more eco-friendly and less hazardous than wood pellet production. One of the biggest barriers to briquettes is that they are less familiar than pellets. An average fire owner would have heard about fire logs but about wood briquettes which can be bought in bulk to heat at home.

Today, with the coming up of briquetting press it is possible to make use of waste and create an alternate source of fuel which is known as bio-fuel. It is gathered from biomass and convention fuel due to which the habituation on expensive fuel has lessened. Biomass briquettes are generally used in spinning mills, leather industry, rubber industry, ceramic units, brick kilns, milk and dairy plant, textile mills and bakery industry.

According to environmentalists, this fuel generated from wastes is a great source of income for poor farmers India because this nation still lives in villages. The farmers can earn a good income from cotton stalks, groundnut shells and other agricultural wastes. Some Indian villages still do not have electricity and live in darkness so energy can be produced with the help of briquetting machine manufacturers. For example, Jumbo BRQ generates high volume of fine quality raw material in powder form through its hammer mill which is further processed to make biomass briquettes. It has been designed to give maximum output, with a heavy body and standard structure.
